Problem: when the user pressing compose submit , we need to let the user know that we are processing the request so they dont keep pressing the button. also when user wants to view messages, we need to let user know data is being pulled. so they dont keep pressing. try graying out the button. and showing a winding clock that tells them you are fetching the data. we need to make the user wait when they press a button, so they dont keep running the command.
