create a tool that compare the gap between a job and a profile and what skills the profile could work on to help them qualify for the job. what is the profile page look like. the for you page states what a good fit.

what routes going to be affected? the for-you page identifed what the profile vector looks like compare to the job vector. it identified the similariest. but we need it to also evaluate what the profile could include to improve the cosine angle between both vectors. the AI match insight can list all the items in common in green. and the items that are lacking in red. . but dont use the AI to compelete that evaluation. use a vector subtraction to see what the delta was between both vectors. aiRationale is not updating?
