for the email name. stop using username. and user user1@zfrika.com user2@zfrika. every time a user joins, you just give them a new user number @zfrika. this prevents an issue if user changes their name. they will always have the same user#. and message will never get lost. you can add the username to the message. as kk<user2@zfrika.com ..
